Engines

Recently, I learned a lot about my car's engine which was a real privilege in that I've only thus far seen generic diagrams and explanations of the inner workings of engines. In the past few weeks, I'd been experiencing a problem that seemed minor at first but after some diagnostic work from the dealership, they decided to replace the engine as it would have been cheaper and quicker. Long story. Anyhow, after questioning them about what went wrong, I know the parts of my own engine and what can go wrong and the diagnostic process they went through. =) I wish I could have taken the engine apart myself to play with, but it's getting sent to the company for their engineers to pick apart and figure out the problem. At least they let me in the back to see it one last time. =P
