Attack of the Mold Spores!

Here's a silly lesson for the day. When opening containers of bread that is ripe with an overabundance of mold, it's best to lift the corner of the lid facing *away* lest you receive the poof of flying mold spores aimed squarely at you thereby requiring you to drop the container while screaming loudly, flailing both arms and shifting your full body weight backwards in an attempt to escape inhalation of the huge, emitting cloud. Blech. Sometimes, the physics of air pressure differences really sucks. Ooh, bad pun.
