Bloody Tarts
Eh? A tart version of a Bloody Mary? I wish...Rather, in making a Bakewell Tart today, I made a bloody mess of myself while handling the tart pan. The stainless steel edges seemed rather thick and harmless but if grabbed just the right way (easily done), it will slice you right nicely. Despite discovering this in a painful manner, I did it twice. =( I guess I wasn't quite careful enough...
